Does pausing ps4 download turn off

Hi i need help, i have a ps4 slim and it keeps on turning off by itself and some other time it wont turn on but once i tried switching the plug off and leave it for a few weeks and try switching it on back it works normal and after a few hrs of playing it and i was in game it switches off by itself and when i try to turn it on it keeps giving.
