Minecraft downloading resource pack making request

Issue with downloading server resourcepack. My server uses a resourcepack that adds extra items, and it regularly gets updated to add new items to it. For a long time (~3 months) I could just use google drive with a direct link generator, where I would put that link in the bltadwin.ruties file.
